Serco’s drive to become a FTSE 100 company required a complete overhaul of the company’s business processes and systems, making sure that they were understood and accepted by all staff.

Working closely with the Serco team to understand the issues and challenges, we defined and implemented a clear strategy to communicate the changes and persuade the 70,000 worldwide staff of their importance and value.

The campaign had a clear and consistent message which resonated with all staff from the newest recruit to the most senior Board members. The result was a fully integrated communications campaign across a broad range of different media including advertising, literature, staff training, video, intranet and other promotional literature.
