London & Partners was formed to take responsibility for promoting the whole of London – one of the most diverse and exciting cities in the world. Formed from the merger of three different promotional bodies, the question was less about what to say than how to focus the myriad of messages in existence.

We ran a stakeholder engagement programme which helped focus and prioritise the messages into tiered clusters, so that all could stand behind them and believe that they were communicating coherently about this great city.
